Our World was a collaboration with Plymouth-based dancer Harry Scott in 2017. The trio performed this work at Sallis Senney Theatre Brighton.
Partially choreographed long-distance due to unavoidable circumstances, this piece of work was inspired by ideas relating to how distance can affect a relationship. How it may change the way you feel about someone or even solidify what you already felt. How a positive love for someone can become saddening over time spent apart. Words become less meaningful. Touch becomes ‘a stranger’ rather than ‘home’.
